持つ者と持たざる者 を英語で教えて!

「持つもの」と「持たざる者」を英語で表現する場合、以下のようになります。

"Haves" and "Have-nots"
"The privileged" and "The underprivileged"
"The rich" and "The poor"

例文：
"The wealth gap between the haves and have-nots continues to widen."
（「持つもの」と「持たざる者」の貧富の差はますます広がり続けています。）

"The government needs to do more to support the underprivileged in our society."
（政府は、我々の社会における持たざる者をより支援するために、より多くの取り組みをする必要があります。

校章 を英語で教えて!

校章は英語でschool emblem です。校章が入った制服は school uniform with school emblem です。

例文を考えてみました(^^)

All students are required to wear a uniform with the school emblem on it.
全ての生徒は、校章が入った制服を着用することが義務付けられています。

The new uniforms feature a stylish design with the school emblem prominently displayed on the chest.
新しい制服は、胸に校章を目立たせたスタイリッシュなデザインが特徴です。

As part of the dress code, students must wear a uniform with the school emblem at all times while on campus.
規則として、生徒はキャンパス内にいる間はいつでも校章が入った制服を着用しなければなりません。

垢抜ける を英語で教えて!

"Polished and beautiful" が「垢抜けて綺麗になった」という表現に近いので、そのまま "polished and beautiful" と言っても良いです。他にも「cleaned up and looking great」や「sophisticated and elegant」という表現も使えます。

例文
It was amazing to see how much everyone cleaned up and looked great for the ceremony.
式のためにみんな身なりを整え、素晴らしく見えるようになっていて（垢ぬけていて）驚きました。

The young adults all looked so sophisticated and elegant after the coming-of-age ceremony.
成人式後、若い大人たちは皆、垢ぬけて洗練されたエレガントな印象を与えました。

外部有識者 を英語で教えて!

「外部有識者」は英語で「external expert」と言います。また、「outside expert」「external specialist」「external consultant」などとも表現されることがあります。

以下は、"external expert"を使った例文です。

The company hired an external expert to provide a fresh perspective on its business strategy.
（会社はビジネス戦略に新しい視点を提供するために、外部有識者を雇いました。）

The government consulted with external experts to determine the best course of action for environmental policy.
（政府は環境政策の最適な方策を決定するために、外部有識者に相談しました。）

Our team is working with an external expert to develop a comprehensive marketing plan for our new product.
（私たちのチームは、新製品の総合的なマーケティング計画を開発するために、外部有識者と協力しています。）

女性管理職 を英語で教えて!

「女性管理職」は英語で「female executives/management」と表現されることがあります。
また、「women in leadership positions」と言う表現も一般的です。

例文

（政府は、女性役員の登用を積極的に促し、経営陣のダイバーシティの向上を図るよう企業に要請しました。）
