視力が悪い を英語で教えて!

視力が悪いは英語で、my eyesight is poor 、I have bad eyesight 、I have bad vision といったいいかたがあります。

なので、視力が悪いのでパイロットになれなかったは I couldn't become a pilot because ~~~ のあとに上記の表現をつければ大丈夫です。

I couldn't become a pilot because my eyesight is poor/ I have bad eyesight/ I have bad vision. といった具合に。

公務員 を英語で教えて!

公務員は英語でgovernment employee 、もしくはcivil servant ということができます。
両者には微妙な差はあります。

civil servant はイギリスなどで使われる言葉で、政府によって任命された公務員のことをさします。高い職業倫理や、政府の目的に忠実であることを意味することがあります。government employee より限定的です。

government employee はもっと広く、政府に雇われているあらゆる種類の従業員をさします。

役所につとめる公務員は英語で I am a government employee who works at a municipal office. ということができます。

閉所恐怖症 を英語で教えて!

閉所恐怖症は以下のような言い方があります。
・Fear of enclosed spaces
・Claustrophobic tendencies
・Claustrophobic anxiety
・Claustrophobic fear

例文と解説を以下に示します。

Sarah has a fear of enclosed spaces, so she always avoids elevators and prefers taking the stairs.
（サラは閉所恐怖症で、エレベーターを避けて階段を使うようにしています。）

「観察力が鋭い」を自然な表現にするには、以下のような表現があります。

胸やけがする を英語で教えて!

胸やけは英語で Heartburn といいます。
例文にある「私はひき肉料理を食べると胸やけがします」というのは " I get heartburn when I eat dishes with ground meat" ということができます。

ひき肉料理は dishes with ground meat ということができますが、地域や国によっては、Dishes made with minced meat　と呼ぶ場所もあるみたいです。
