英語が聞いて分かるようになったけど話せないので、「聞いて分かっても、言葉が出てこない」と言いたいです。

I'm relatively good at listening, but even if I listen and understand, the words don't come out.
（私は比較的、聞くのは得意なんですが、聞いて分かっても、言葉が出てこないです。）
※ relatively（比較的、どちらかと言うと、など）

※ちなみに listen の場合は「（意識して）聞く」というニュアンスになります。（「自然と耳に入る」場合は hear で表現できます。）
