何の関係があるの？ を英語で教えて!

何の関係があるの？

related は ｢関係のある」「関連した｣ という意味で、何かが他のものとつながりを持っている場合に使われます。

even は「～でさえ」「～でも」という副詞ですが、この場合は強調するのに使われています。
もしイライラの気持ちを強調したいのであれば、even を使います。

have to do with は「関係がある」という意味です。
Does that have to do with it? という文なら嫌味なしで「～と関係があるの？」と普通に聞いている感じですが、what を付けて What does that have to do with it?だと嫌味っぽい感じが付け足され、つまり「関係ないでしょう」というニュアンスです。
