(彼女は「適材適所」の仕事を得た。） The personnel department assigned him to the marketing department by considering "the right person for the right job". （人事部は「適材適所」を考慮して彼を営業部へ配属した。） 「人それぞれ向き不向きがあるから気にしないで」、って慰めたいときは、 Don't mind because each person has each own job as "the right person for the right job". （人それぞれ「適材適所」の仕事があるのだから、気にしないで。） あるいは、 Don't mind because you got a right job as the saying goes "the right person for the right job". （「適材適所」と、諺にもあるように、あなたにふさわしい仕事が見つかったのだから、気にしないで。） と言ってあげればいいでしょう。
