「有酸素運動」は英語では aerobic exercise や cardio などで表現することができます。

It is better to do aerobic exercise after muscle training.
（筋トレした後に有酸素運動をしたほうがい。）　

To get big, eating is the most important thing, so I do cardio to keep myself hungry.
