「ひらめく」は英語では epiphany や spark（火花というイメージが強いですが、この場合も使えます）などで表現することができます。

（あ～、彼は何かひらめいたのね。）

冷静になる を英語で教えて!

「冷静になる」は英語では stay calm や cill out（"リラックスする"や"まったりする"という意味もあります）または be cool などで表現することができます。

（まずは冷静になろうよ。）

（冷静になれ。俺たちは今どんな対策が打てる？興奮しても状況は好転しない。）

「中小企業」は英語では small and medium enterprises や 略して SMEs などと呼ばれています。

※ stigma ＝ 汚名。
