「絶体絶命」は英語では desperate situation や be cornered completely などで表現することができます。

I couldn't stand it because I couldn't find a toilet easily, and I was in a desperate situation.
（トイレがなかなか見つからず我慢できなくなり、絶体絶命だった。）

When we are cornered completely, the opponent is sure of victory, there is a chance.
（俺たちが絶体絶命な時、相手は勝利を確信してる、そこにチャンスがある。）

「麺をすする」は英語では slurp noodles で表現することができます。
