I am looking for a basic model. I don't need the top model.

「最新モデル」は英語では latest model で言い表わすことができます。
また cutting edge model という言い方もできると思います。

Which is the latest model?
（どれが最新モデルですか？）

This is our cutting edge model, and the performance is completely different from the conventional one.
（これは弊社の最新モデルになりまして、性能は従来のものとは全く違います。）

「わき目もふらず」は英語では without looking aside や without distractions などで表現することができます。

For nearly half a day, I was playing games without looking aside.
（半日近く、わき目もふらずゲームをしていた。）

（私はこの1年間、わき目も振らず、仕事だけに集中してきました。）

「ズボンのゴムがのびてしまった」は英語では elastic on the pants has stretched で表現することができます。
※ズボンの「ゴム」の場合は、rubber でなく elastic を使います。

The elastic on the pants has stretched and the waist of the pants is loose.
（ズボンのゴムが伸びてしまって、ウエストがゆるゆるです。）

I love these sweatpants, so I plan to replace them when the elastic stretches.
（私はこのスウェットパンツを気にっているので、ゴムが伸びたら取り替えて履こうと思っている。）

期待を裏切らない を英語で教えて!

「期待を裏切らない」は英語では don't disappoint expectations や don't betray expectations などで表現することができます。

That player's play that doesn't disappoint expectations is amazing.
（あの選手の、期待を裏切らないプレーはさすがだね。）

For me, not betray the client's expectations is the minimum requirement, and I would like to exceed their expectations if possible.
(私にとってクライアントの期待を裏切らないことが最低条件であり、できれば期待を超えたいと思っています。）
