「確率」は英語では odds や probability などで表現することができます。

You often buy lottery tickets, do you know the odds of winning the lottery?
（あなた、宝くじよく買ってるけど、宝くじがあたる確率知ってる？）

I'm not saying that you can definitely win, but if you think about the probability, you have a high chance of winning.

「学年が上がる、進級する」は英語では move up や be promoted などで表現することができます。
