字幕を変える を英語で教えて!

distortが歪める、factが事実、です。

・twist the fact
twistでも、歪める、捩じるという意味合いで使用可能です。

例：The lawyer twisted the fact so that it seems like the defendant's first offense.

歯磨き粉をつける を英語で教えて!

歯磨き粉はtoothpaste
歯ブラシはtoothbrush です。

例：Before you brush your teeth, put toothpaste on your toothbrush.
歯を磨くときは、歯磨き粉を歯ブラシにつけようね。

toothpasteのpasteは練り物という意味です。粉状ではないので英語の表現の方が的確ですね。
日本語が粉なのは、かつて粉状の歯磨き粉が使われていた頃の名残なのだそうです。

歯の仕上げ磨き を英語で教えて!

仕上げ磨き、のそのままの英訳はないため、下記のように文章で伝えましょう。

・Let me complete brushing
歯磨きはbrushing、let me complete で仕上げをする、完璧にする、という言い回しです。

例：Have you done brushing your teeth? I will check and complete the brushing.
歯磨きは終わった？私が見て仕上げ磨きするね。

・Make sure there's nothing left unbrushed
unbrushed で 磨かれていない、という意味となります。
磨かれていないところがないか、ちゃんと見ようね、という表現です。

例：Well done brushing your teeth. Make sure there's nothing left unbrushed.
歯磨きできて偉いね！磨き残しがないか、チェックしようね。

歯が生えてきた を英語で教えて!

a baby toothが乳歯、come inで生えてくる、という言い回しとなります。
