英語で「バカも休み休み言え」をそのまま表現することは難しいです。 仲間内でよく使う言葉で似た意味だと、 「ふざけないでよ」 Don't be silly. 「冗談言っているのよね」 You must be joking. 「正気とは思えないわ」 I can't take that seriously. 「意味わからないよ」 You're not making any sense. これらがしっくりくると思います。 "make sense"は日常会話で頻繁にでてくる表現なので覚えておくと便利です。 「矛盾しているよ」と言いたい状況で使うことができます。 It doesn't make sense.
