やぐらを組む を英語で教えて!

「もろとも」は「together」が先ず思いつきますね。

（死なばもろとも！）

「船もろとも沈む」の例文は以下のようになります。「with」だけでも「もろとも」の表現が可能です。

（例文）
I nearly went down with the ship.
（もう少しで船もろとも沈んでしまうところだった。）

The ship went to the bottom with all hands on board.
（船は乗組総員もろとも海底の藻屑となった。）

もや を英語で教えて!

名詞「haze」が「薄霧、もや、かすみ」を意味します。
Cambridge Dictionaryには「fog caused by water, smoke, or dust, or an effect of heat that prevents things being seen clearly:（水、煙、ほこりによる霧、または熱の影響で物がはっきり見えなくなる事）」と解説があるので「fog」としても良いでしょう。

（例文）
A brownish haze hung over the field.
(茶色がかったもやが野原にかかっていた。)

「海面にもやがかかっていて幻想的でした」は以下が適訳と考えます。
（訳例）
It was fantastic with haze on the surface of the sea.

※withは付帯状況のwithで「～している状態で」という表現に使われます。

ももの付け根 を英語で教えて!

名詞「groin」で「脚の付け根」です。
Cambridge Dictionaryには「the place where your legs meet the front of your body:（足と体の前面が交わる場所）」とあるのですが、つったのは体の前面なんでしょうか？

もし違ったら「the roots of thighs」の方がいいですね。「ももの付け根」のぴったりの訳になります。

「マラソンでももの付け根がつりました」は以下が適訳と考えます。

（訳例）
I ran a marathon and cramped the roots of my thighs.
（マラソンを走って太ももの付け根がつってしまいました。）

※「つる」は筋肉の痙攣を意味する「cramp」が良いでしょう。
