怪談 を英語で教えて!

「店が立ち並ぶ」は「shops lined up」の語の組み合わせで表現します。

構文は、「～がある」の内容なので「there+be動詞」の構文形式で表します。前述語群の後に主語（a lot of shops）、動詞の過去分詞を使った従属副詞節（通りに立ち並んで：lined up on this street）を続けて構成します。

たとえば"There are a lot of shops lined up on this street."とすれば「この通りにたくさんのお店が立ち並んでいるね」の意味になりニュアンスが通じます。

また「～に立ち並ぶ」を「be lined up」と表して受動態で"A lot of shops are lined up on this street."としても前段と同じ意味になります。

大物家電 を英語で教えて!

「大物家電」は「白物家電製品」のニュアンスで業界用語で「white goods」と表すことができます。また「major household appliance」とも訳する事ができます。

楕円軌道 を英語で教えて!

「楕円軌道」は「elliptical orbit」と言います。

構文は、第一文型（主語［Planets］＋動詞［revolve］）に副詞句（太陽を1つの焦点とする楕円軌道を：in elliptical orbits with the sun as one focal point）を組み合わせて構成します。前置詞「with」は付帯状況を表し、「～の状況で」という意味を出すために使われます。

たとえば"Planets revolve in elliptical orbits with the sun as one focal point."とすれば「惑星は太陽を1つの焦点とする状況のもとに楕円軌道を公転しています」の意味になります。
