結論に達する を英語で教えて！

結論（conclusion）に来る(come)というイメージでcome to a conclusionが適切です。

（例文）
The negotiations have come to a conclusion.
交渉は結論に達した。

The company's president has come to a conclusion.
社長は結論に達した。

その他、「ある特定の結論に至る」という感じで「reach the conclusion」でも良いでしょう。
（例文）
On the basis of those facts, I reached the following conclusion.
それらの事実を基に、私は以下の結論に至った。

ご質問の「（英語も満足に話せないので）ドイツ語なんて勉強しても無駄だと言う結論に達しました」を英訳してみると、以下のようになります。
