消火栓 を英語で教えて!

消火栓は英語で fire hydrant といいます。

例文
Because someone parked a car in front of the fire hydrant, the firefighters could not use it.
(誰かが消火栓の目の前に車を止めたせいで、消防士は消火栓を使用することができなかった）

park...駐車する
in front of~... ~の目の前、正面
firefighter... 消防士

He saw the water running from the fire hydrant. So, he walked up and closed the tap.
(彼は消火栓から水が漏れているのを見て、ふたをしめた）

証言ビデオ を英語で教えて!

証言ビデオというのは英語で video testimonial といいます。　
testimonial というのは証言といった意味があります。

いかに例文をいくつか紹介します。

'You can watch video testimonials from atomic bomb survivors at the Hiroshima Peace Memorial Museum.'
(原爆資料館では被爆者の証言ビデオを見ることができます）

survivors=生存者

"The documentary features powerful video testimonials from survivors, recounting their experiences during the war."
ドキュメンタリーは力強い証言者ビデオが含まれています。

衝動買いと買い物依存の違い を英語で教えて!

衝動買いは英語で impulse shopping、買い物依存は英語で shopping addiction といいます。

衝動買いと買い物依存の違いは英語で The difference between impulse shopping and shopping addictionです。

旦那さんに「あなた、衝動買いと買い物依存の違いを分かってないでしょ！」と言いたかったら
"You don't seem to understand the difference between impulse buying and shopping addiction, do you?"

ということができます。

肖る を英語で教えて!

～～にあやかりたいというのは、自分も相手と同じ能力を持っていたらなぁという意味ですので、私もその文章力にあやかりたいです。というのは
I aspire to have the same writing skill as you do.
ということができます。

aspire というのは～を熱望する、～がほしい、～になりたいといったいみです。

他にも I wish I could have the same writing skill as you do.
(あなたと同じくらいの文章力があったらなぁ）という言い方もできると思います。

笑いが止まらないほど面白い を英語で教えて!

笑いが止まらないというのは英語で I can't stop laughing ということができます。
文字通り笑うこと（laughing)をストップできない。という意味です。

彼氏の髪型を指さして What a hair! That is hilarious. I can't stop laughing. I'm gonna choke.
といえば、「何て髪型だ！めちゃくちゃおもしろいな！笑いが止まらないよ。窒息しそう」という意味になります。

いかにおもしろかったのかを伝えるいい表現です。
