決まり を英語で教えて!

1. Done!
話し合って決まった時に使う「決まり！」は英語で Done! です。Do の過去分詞で、「終わった」などの意味があります。 Are you done?(終わった?)

A: We should get her a gift for her birthday. How about a nice watch?
彼女に誕生日プレゼントを買ってあげよう。いい時計はどう？
B: Great idea! She’ll love it.
いいね！絶対彼女好きだよ
A: Done! I’ll buy it this afternoon.
よし！決まり！午後買うね。
※get A B... AにBをあげる。

他にも It's settled という言い方もあります。

A: Should we go with the blue color for the logo?
このロゴには青でいくべきかな？
B: Yes, blue is the best choice.
そうだね。青がベストだよ。
A: It’s settled then! We’ll use blue.
そしたら決まり！青を使おう

レボルバー を英語で教えて!

顕微鏡のレボルバーは英語で Microscope's revolving nosepiece です。
「レボルバーで遊ばないで」と言いたいときは Don't play with the microscope's revolving nosepiece. といいます。ただ Revolver と言ってしまうと、銃のレボルバーと誤解されてしまうことがあるので気を付けましょう。
Microscopeは「顕微鏡」です。「Revolving nosepiece」でレボルバーです。
Play with ○○ で「○○で遊ぶ」という意味です。

例文
To switch between different magnifications, carefully rotate the revolving nosepiece of the microscope.
倍率を変えるためには、慎重に顕微鏡のレボルバーを回してください。
・Magnification...(顕微鏡などの）倍率
・Rotate...回す

サイズはグランデでお願いします を英語で教えて!

1. I'd like it in a grande, please.

サイズはグランデでお願いします。はこのような言い方があります。
I'd like ○○ で「○○でお願いします」という意味です。 In a grande...で「グランデサイズで」という意味になります。

カフェ店員: Hello! What can I get for you today?
こんにちは。何にしますか？
What can I get for you today? は「何にしますか？」という注文を取る定型句です。覚えておきましょう。

お客様: Hi! I'd like a caramel latte, please.
キャラメルラテください

カフェ店員: Sure! What size would you like?
もちろんです！サイズはどうしますか？

お客様: I'd like it in a grande, please.
グランデサイズでお願いします。

カフェ店員: Got it. Anything else?
