「ガリガリ（に痩せた）」は英語で too skinny や too thin または scrawny などを使って表現できます。
※日本では skinny jeans (スキニージーンズ）などのイメージのある skinny ですが、英語では少しネガティブなニュアンスが含まれることが多いです。
