「順風満帆」は英語では smooth sailing で表現することができます。

「瞬く間に」は英語では quickly や in the blink of an eye などで表現することができます。

Happy times pass quickly.
（楽しい時間は瞬く間に過ぎ去っていく。）
※ times fly. という言い方もあります。"時間はあっという間に過ぎ去る"みたいなニュアンスです。

The fireworks disappear one by one in the blink of an eye, but they are beautiful, including their ephemerality.
（花火は1発1発が瞬く間に消えていくが、その儚さを含めて美しい。）

「出生率」は英語では birth rate で表現することができます。
