「信念」は英語では belief や determination などで表現することができます。

If we have a strong belief that we will definitely win, we can win.
（絶対に勝つという強い信念を持っていれば勝てる。）

I'm sure you're not interested in unscientific advice, but I've had many experiences where strong determination transcends scientific common sense.

「信条」は英語では creed や philosophy などを使って表現することができます。
※「締め切り」＝ deadline になります。

「信号が点滅する」は英語では a traffic light flashes や a signal flashes などで表現することができます。
