「精密」は英語では complete や precise などで表現することができます。

※ checkup は「検査」の意味でよく使われます。

So far, I haven't found any particular defects, but there are actually several problems, so I'll investigate more precisely.
（今のところ、特に不良箇所はは見当たりませんが、実際にいくつも問題が発生しているので、もっと精密に調べます。）

精算する を英語で教えて！

「精算する」は英語では settle で表現することができます。
また、"多く払った分を精算してもらう"や"返金してもらう"のような時は reimburse も使えます。

I brought cash today, so I'd like to settle the amount you paid for yesterday's meal.
（今日現金持ってきたから、昨日の食事代多めに払ってもらった分を精算したいんだけど。）

I paid for gasoline when I went to Osaka in a company car, so can I have it reimbursed?
（社用車で大阪に行った時にガソリン代を立て替えたので、精算してもらってもいいですか？）

「生放送」は英語では live broadcast または live で表現することができます。

News images are recorded, but weather forecasts are live broadcasts.
（ニュース画像は録画でも天気予報は生放送だよ。）
