「第三者」は英語では third party や outsider などで表現することができます。

「第一志望校」は英語では first choice school で表現することができます。

My first choice is 〇〇 high school, but if possible, I would like to receive a recommendation from the school.

I understand your first choice school, but it is risky to take the exam only there, so you should apply for other high schools as well.

大掃除 を英語で教えて！

「大掃除」は英語では big cleaning や spring cleaning（欧米では大掃除は春に行われるのが恒例らしく spring cleaning と言いますが、春以外に行われる場合でも、この言い方が使われることもあるそうです）などで表現することができます。

It is customary to do a big cleaning on New Year's Eve.
