丁寧語 を英語で教えて！

「丁寧語」は英語では polite language や honorific（"敬語"というニュアンス）などで表現することができると思います。

When talking to people outside the company, speak politely, regardless of their age.
（社外の人と話すときは相手がどんな年齢に見えても、丁寧語で話してください。）

In Japanese, there is a way of speaking called honorific that is used for superiors, but probably many Japanese do not understand the detailed structure.

「著名」は英語では famous や fame などで表現することができます。
