「話が長い」は英語では it's a long talk で表現することができます。

You said to me that just 5 minutes, but your talk is too long.

「オムツをしている」は英語では wear diaper で表現することができます。

※「桜前線」の本来の意味とは少し違いますが、「桜前線」を気にする先には「桜の開花日」があると思いますので、このように表現してみました。
