「地元の料理」は英語では local food や local cuisine などで表現することができます。

「軽く食べない？」は英語では would you like to eat lightly? や why don't we have refreshments? などで表現することができます。

「氷を入れていただけますか？」は英語では Could you put ice? や Would you put ice?表現することができます。

ビストロ を英語で教えて!

フランス語由来の言葉「ビストロ」は英語でも bistro と表現できると思います。
また、別の言い方で表現するとしたら small restaurant や beanery などで言い表せるかなと思います。

This small restaurant's beef stew is excellent.
（このビストロのビーフシチューは絶品だよ。）

This beanery is cheap, but the food is authentic and delicious, so please try it next time.
（このビストロは安いのに料理は本格的で美味しいから、今度行ってみなよ。）

集団登校 を英語で教えて!

「集団登校」は英語では go to school in groups や group school attendance などで表現することができます。

In the area where I live, children in the lower grades of elementary school go to school in groups.
