また、たまに少しネガティブなニュアンスで「寄せ集めの〜」という言い回しが使われますが
英語では ragtag で表現することができます。

（床に土の塊を落としてしまったので、土を寄せ集めています。）

「痛くも痒くもない」は英語では no concern at all や couldn't care less などで表現することができます。
