「鼻からスイカが出るような痛み 」は英語では pain of watermelon coming out of nose と表現出来ます。　
※似たような表現は英語でもあるようです。

Labor pains are like a pain of watermelon coming out of nose.
（陣痛は、鼻からスイカ出るような痛み。）

ちなみに、最近増えていると言う「無痛分娩」は英語で painless delivery で「帝王切開」は caesarean section と表現することができます。

「視界が悪い」は英語では visibility is bad や field of vision is poor などを使って表現することができます。

Snowstorms can reduce visibility, making traffic jams and accidents more likely, so be careful.
（吹雪になると視界が悪くなり、交通渋滞や交通事故が起きやすいので気を付けて。）

The guard has high defense against punches from the front, but its field of vision is extremely poor, so it is weak against punches from the side.
（そのガードは前からのパンチに対する防御力は高いが、視野が極端に悪くなるので、横からのパンチには弱い。）

「勘が当たる」は英語では intuition hits や sixth sense hits などで表現することができます。

I'm not saying that with any particular conviction, so you don't have to worry about it that much, but my intuition hits a lot.
（別に確信があって言ってるわけじゃないから、そこまで気にしなくていいけど、ただ私の勘はよく当たる。）

My sixth sense hits often.
（私の勘はよく当たる。）
