◯◯ちゃん を英語で教えて!

「◯◯ちゃん」は英語では dear を使うとある程度、似たニュアンスの親しみを表現できるかなと思います。
また、日本語そのまま chan は英語でも使われることかがあるそうです。

I'm happy to see my dear 〇〇 for the first time in a long time this month, but if possible, I'd like to see her regularly.

「やる気が萎える」は英語では lose motivation や lose vitality などで表現することができます。
