「肌の調子がいい」は英語では one's skin's condition is good と表現することができます。

I live in a hot spring town and bathe in hot springs every day, so my skin's condition is good always.
（私は温泉街に住んでおり、毎日温泉に入っているので肌の調子はいつも良いです。）

「空気圧」は英語では air pressure や pneumatic pressure などで表現することができます。
