「そろそろ失礼します」は英語では I will be leaving soon. や It's almost time to leave. などで表現することができます。

It's time for the meeting, so I will be leaving soon.
（会議の時間になるので、そろそろ失礼します。）

（お休みの日にお話を聞かせていただきありがとうございました。 もう遅いので、そろそろ失礼します。）

重病 を英語で教えて！

「重病」は英語では serious illness や critical illness などで表現することができます。

Grandfather has a serious illness.
（祖父が重病です。）

My father has a critical illness, but he can talk normally, so I think he would be happy if you came to see him.
（父は重病ですが、話をすることは普通に出来るので、会いにきてくださったら喜ぶと思います。）
