苦手分野 を英語で教えて！

「苦手分野」は英語では out of one's element や weaknesses などで表現することができると思います。

I'm studying accounting, but stock issues are the only out of my element.
（会計の勉強をしているけど、株の問題だけは苦手分野なんだ。）

In my opinion, it is more efficient to study your strengths than to study your weaknesses.

「加工なし」は英語では nofilter や unprocessed などで表現することができます。
