「手術室」は英語では operating room（略してOR）や operating theatre（イギリス英語）などで表現することができます。

「喉がイガイガする」は英語では have a scratchy throat や have a tickle in one's throat などで表現することができます。

I have a scratchy throat since around last week.
（先週くらいから喉がイガイガします。）

I have a tickle in my throat so it's hard to make a loud voice, so can I take a break from today's practice?

「初診、再診」は英語では first medical examination（初診）や follow-up examination（再診）などで表現することができます。

市販薬 を英語で教えて！

「市販薬」は英語では over-the-counter drugs や over-the-counter medicines などで表現することができます。
