「直行・直帰」は英語では go straight（直行）や go straight home（直帰）などで表現することができます。

I will be absent from the morning meeting because I will go straight to the client tomorrow.
（明日は、クライアントのところに直行するので、朝の会議は欠席いたします。）

Then, I will go to the client. I think I will be late on my way home, so I will go straight home.
