「知らないけどね」は英語では I don't know though や maybe などで表現できるかなと思います。

If they increase the number of products, sales will increase, so they should try it once. I don't know though.
（もっと商品数を増やせば売上も上がるから、一回やってみればいいのに。知らないけどね。）

It probably won't take more than an hour from here to the venue, maybe.
（たぶんここから会場まで1時間は掛からないと思うよ。知らなないけどね。）
