「遊び相手になってくれる？」は英語では Will you be one's playmate? や Would you be one's playfellow? などで表現することができます。

Will you be my child's playmate?
（うちの子の遊び相手になってくれる？）

It's strange to suddenly say something like this, but would you be my playfellow?
（いきなりこんなこと言うのは変だけど、僕の遊び相手になってくれる？）
