「金切り声」は英語では scream や shrill voice などで表現することができると思います。

「衛星放送を受信できない」は英語では can't receive satellite broadcasting と表現することができます。
※日本でよう言う「BS」は broadcasting satellite の略のようです。

It's been a few years since I studied English, but English is depthful.
