尾根 を英語で教えて!

「尾根」は英語では ridge や ridgeline などで表現することができます。

Ridge walking is certainly attractive, but it can also be dangerous, so I wouldn't recommend it to beginners.
（尾根を歩くことは確かに魅力的だが、同時に危険でもあるので初心者にはオススメ出来ない。）

If we go that ridgeline, I think we can probably see the village.
（あの尾根まで行けば、おそらく村が見えるはずだ。）

「山の幸・海の幸」は英語では food of the mountains（山の幸）や seafood（海の幸）などで表現することができます。

Since this village is surrounded by mountains, it is blessed with food of the mountains, throughout the year.
（この村は山に囲まれているので、一年を通して、山の幸に恵まれています。）
※ blessed（恵まれる、授かる、など）

We fishermen are always grateful for the seafood.
（俺たち漁師はいつも海の幸に感謝しているんだ。）
※ fishermen（漁師）

心証 を英語で教えて!

「心証」は英語では impression や conviction などで表現することができます。

The judge gets an impression that he is the culprit.
（裁判官は彼が犯人だと心証を得ている。）
※ judge（裁判官、判事、審判、など）
※ culprit（犯人、容疑者、罪人、など）

You should try to smile in order to make a good conviction to the interviewer.
（面接官への心証を良くする為に笑顔を心掛けた方がいい。）

「共著」は英語では multiple authorship や co-author などで表現することができます。

With the help of my wife and children, I wrote a family note, so this is a multiple authorship.
（妻や子供たちの協力を得て、家族の手記を書いたので、共著になります。）

This book will be co-authored, so I can't make decisions about advertising alone.

「ひょっとして馬鹿にしてる？」は英語では by any chance are you mocking me? や by any chance are you kidding me? などで表現することができます。

I was a little annoyed by what you said just now, by any chance are you mocking me?
（今の発言ちょっとイラッとしたんだけど、ひょっとして馬鹿にしてる？）

What that? By any chance are you kidding me?
（何それ？ひょっとして馬鹿にしてる？）
