最低 を英語で教えて!

「最低」は英語では worst や jerk などで表現することができます。

I can't believe he was dating three girls in the same class at the same time. He's the worst.

「うるさいだけ」は英語では just annoying（煩わしい感じのうるささ）や just noisy（騒がしい感じのうるささ）などで表現することができます。
