「～って言っていた」は英語では said や heard などを使って表現することができると思います。

Regarding that matter, the person in charge said that he will reply tomorrow.
（その件に関しましては、担当者は明日返事をすると言っていました。）

I had a little talk with the sales manager yesterday, but I heard he will reschedule.
（昨日、営業部長と少し話したけど、スケジュール変更するって言ってたよ。）

受け流す を英語で教えて!

「受け流す」は英語では ward off や parry などで表現することができます。

When someone says something sarcasm to me, it stays in my heart forever, so if I could ward off it well, how easy it would be.
（私は嫌味を言われると、ずっと心に残ってしまうので、うまく受け流すことができたらどんなに楽なことか。）
※sarcasm（嫌味、皮肉、など）

No matter what the client says during the meeting, parry it.

「体を鍛える」は英語では build strength や get in shape などで表現することができます。

「不倫」は英語では adultery や affair などで表現することができます。

Adultery is the worst. I personally it’s unforgivable.
