「電源タップ」は英語では power strip や outlet strip などで表現することができます。

※ outlet は「出口」や「店舗」などの意味を持ちますが「コンセント」のことも言い表せます。

「電球の持ちを良くする」は英語では it makes the bulbs last longer や it increases the life of bulbs などで表現することができると思います。

※ ちなみに make を使ったスラングでは make light （軽く見る、バカにする、など）があります。

（電気を消すことは、電気代をおさえるだけでなく電球の持ちも良くします。）

「伝い歩きする」は英語では cruise around the furniture や walk while holding onto things などで表現することができると思います。

※ちなみに「ハイハイ」は英語では crawling と表現できます。

「店を譲る」は英語では cede the restaurant や hand over the shop などで表現することができます。
※ちなみに「（席を）譲る」なら give up などがいいかなと思います。

I have to make a lot of preparations before handing over the shop.
（店を譲る前にいろいろ準備をしなければならない。）

「天文学部」は英語では astronomy department と表現することができます。

I love looking at the stars, so I want to aim for the astronomy department at university.
（星を見るのが大好きなので、大学は天文学部を目指したい。）

※「愛してる」や「愛」という意味を持つ love ですが、割とカジュアルに「〜が大好き」「〜に夢中」というような意味で使われます。
