「電磁波」は英語では electromagnetic wave や electromagnetic radiation などで表現することができます。

Electromagnetic waves have no adverse effect on the human body.
（電磁波が人体に悪影響を及ぼすことはないです。）

（これらの電磁波について詳しく説明いたしますので、お座りください。）

※「〜してください」と丁寧に言う時、please を使っても良いのですが、please には命令形のニュアンスがあるので、could you を使った方が無難かもしれません。

「電源タップ」は英語では power strip や outlet strip などで表現することができます。

※ outlet は「出口」や「店舗」などの意味を持ちますが「コンセント」のことも言い表せます。

If possible, I want an outlet strip that looks stylish. Is this selfish?

「電球の持ちを良くする」は英語では it makes the bulbs last longer や it increases the life of bulbs などで表現することができると思います。

※ ちなみに make を使ったスラングでは make light （軽く見る、バカにする、など）があります。

「伝い歩きする」は英語では cruise around the furniture や walk while holding onto things などで表現することができると思います。

※ちなみに「ハイハイ」は英語では crawling と表現できます。

「店を譲る」は英語では cede the restaurant や hand over the shop などで表現することができます。
※ちなみに「（席を）譲る」なら give up などがいいかなと思います。

I have to make a lot of preparations before handing over the shop.
