ダミ声 を英語で教えて!

「ダミ声」は英語では husky voice や guttural voice などで表現することができます。

※ちなみに、「金切り声」は英語で shrill voice や screeching などで表現できます。

I have a husky voice because I caught a cold.
（風邪でだみ声です。）

たどり着く を英語で教えて!

「たどり着く」は英語では make it や arrive などを使って表現することができます。

I took the wrong road many times, but I finally made it here.
（何度も道を間違えたけど、やっとここにたどり着きました。）

※ finally は「やっと」や「ついに」「ようやく」という意味で使えますが、基本的には、"望んでいたこと"や"期待していたこと"などに対して使われることが多いです。

I finally arrived. It took over two hours.
（やっとたどり着いた。２時間以上かかったよ。）

「たとえどんなに高くても欲しい！」は英語では
I want it no matter how expensive it is! や
I want it however expensive it is! などで表現することができます。

※ no matter how 〜 で「どんなに〜でも」表現できます。

（これ、かっこいい！たとえどんなに高くても欲しいものは欲しい！）

「タッチパネル」は英語では touch panel や touch screen などで表現することができます。

（この店ではタッチパネルで注文するんだよ。）

This is the latest touch screen, so the performance is different from the conventional one.
（これは最新のタッチパネルですので、従来のものとは性能が異なります。）

※ latest で「最新の」という意味を表現できますが、state-of-the-art（最新式の） や cutting edge （最先端）などでも似た意味を表せます。
