「後世に伝える」は英語では pass something down the generations や hand down something to posterity などで表現することができます。

I want to pass the horror of the atomic bomb down the generations.
（原爆の恐ろしさを後世に伝えていきたい。）

My role is to hand the splendor of these works down to posterity.
（これらの作品の素晴らしさを、後世に伝えるのが私の役目です。）
※ role は「役目」や「役割」などの意味を持つ言葉ですが、role model というと「お手本になる人」というような意味になります。

「後ろ盾がある」は英語では have the backing や have the backbone などで表現することができると思います。

※backbone（背骨）は他にも、「気骨」「気概」と言った使い方もできます。

（英語力という後ろ盾があると思うと安心する。）

We have the strong backbone of company ○○.
（我々には○○社という強力な後ろ盾がある。）

「後ろのドアから乗る」は英語では get on from the back door や take from the rear door などで表現することができると思います。

※ get on は「乗る」の他にも、「仲良くする」や「年を取る」など、幅広く使うことができます。

（このバスは後ろのドアから乗って、前から降りるんです。）

※「〜人でお願いします」と返す時は Table for 〜, please. と表現できます。

「午前休・午後休」は英語では morning off（午前休）や afternoon off（午後休）などで表現することができます。

※ちなみに「有給」は paid leave や paid holiday などで表現できます。

※ work in shiftsで「シフト制で働いてる」ことを言い表せます。
