「全て予約済み」は英語では all reserved や all booked などを使って表現することができます。

I'm sorry. Unfortunately, all tables by the window are reserved.
（申し訳ございません。残念ながら、窓際の席は全てご予約済みになっております。）
※レストランなどでは「席」はtable と表現されます。
※ by the window（窓際の）

※ reserve も book も「予約する」という意味があります。傾向として、ホテルの部屋など対しては book が使われることが多いと思います。

「全てを理解したわけではありません」は英語では I didn't understand everything. や I didn't get it completely. などで表現することができると思います。

To be honest, I didn't understand everything. I thought I'd ask later what I didn't understand.
（正直に言うと、全てを理解したわけではありません。分からなかったところは後で質問しようと思っていました。）

※ちなみに I got it は「理解した」という意味を表しますが、カジュアルなニュアンスになります。

「前日比」は英語では compared to the previous day や comparison with the previous day などで表現することができると思います。

Compared to the previous day, it is minus 〇〇 yen, but the situation is still higher than usual.
（前日比は、〇〇円マイナスですが、依然として通常より高めの状況でございます。）

※ちなみに previous は「一つ前の」という順序を軸にした表現になります。

「前菜」は英語では appetizer や starter などで表現することができます。

※ちなみに、「主菜」の場合は main dish や entree（アントレ）となどで表現することができます。

「前の旦那との間に3人子供がいる」は英語では have three children with my previous husband や have three kids with my ex-husband などで表現することができます。

※ remarried partner（再婚相手）

※ちなみに「元カレ」はよく ex-boyfriend と表現されます。
