「そういえば」(by the way以外)は英語では speaking of which や come to think of it などで表現することができます。 Speaking of which, I saw you talking to someone in front of the station last night when I was returning from work. 「差し入れ」は英語では insertion や present などで表現することができます。 I was invited to a BBQ party, so I brought beer as insertion. (BBQパーティーに招かれたので、ビールを差し入れした。) Since I've come so close, I'm going to buy some presents here and there to support them. (近くまで来たから、差し入れをそこら辺で買って、応援してこようと思います。) ご参考にしていただければ幸いです。

「人のこと言えない」は英語では can't say anything about people や be not qualified to tell people などで表現することができます。 Mr. A is just making excuses and procrastinating work, though I can't say anything about other people either. 「はかどる」は英語では progresse や proceed などで表現することができます。 When I work with Mr. A, my work progresses a lot. (Aさんと仕事をすると、とても仕事がはかどります。) After I left on the way, the work seemed to have proceeded considerably, and when I went the next day, it was already completed.
