「一定の条件がある」は英語では There are certain conditions. や There are settled conditions. などで表現することができると思います。

（契約成立するためには、満たさなければならない一定の条件があります。ただそこまで難しい条件ではありません。）
※completion of a contract（契約成立、契約完了、など）

※ちなみに certain の副詞形 certainly は「もちろんです」という意味でよく使われます。
