間を透かす を英語で教えて!

「間を透かす」は英語では leave spaces between them や leave gaps between them などで表現することができると思います。

Since the trees will eventually grow, we planted them while leaving spaces between them. I want it to bear delicious fruit someday.
（いずれ大きくなる木なので、間を透かしながら植樹した。いつか美味しい実を実らせて欲しい。）

「還暦、古希、米寿」という表現は日本の文化なので、英語で表現すると 60th birthday（還暦）や 70th birthday（古希）、80th birthday（米寿）というシンプルな形になると思います。

When my grandfather reached his 60th birthday or 70th birthday, his relatives gathered to celebrate, so I want to do something for his 80th birthday.
（祖父が還暦や古希を迎えたときは親族が集まってお祝いをしたので、米寿の際も何かしたい。）

※ちなみに 結婚から60年目あるいは75年目に節目のことは diamond wedding と表現されたりします。

「肝臓に問題がある」は英語では There is a problem with my liver. や I have a problem with my liver. などで表現することができます。

Actually, there is a problem with my liver. I haven't had a drink since the doctor stopped me last winter.
（実は肝臓に問題があるんだよ。去年の冬に、医者に止められてから、お酒は飲んでないんだ。）

※ちなみに there is a problem with ～ の言い回しは、（機械やパソコンなどが）故障している、という際にも使えます。

「肝っ玉がすわる」は英語では have the guts や have nerves of steel などで表現することができると思います。

She has the guts that she doesn't flinch no matter what happens. She can handle this project.
（彼女は肝っ玉がすわっているので、どんなことがあっても動じない。彼女ならこのプロジェクトを動かせる。）
※handle（動かす、指揮する、対処する、など）

※ちなみに guts は「ガッツ」「肝っ玉」「根性」というような意味のイメージが強いかと思いますが、「内臓」という意味もあります。
