「過去問」は英語では past exam questions や past exam collections などで表現することができます。

I'm confident that I can definitely pass because I prepared for the exam by solving past exam questions for the past three years.
（過去３年分の過去問を解いて試験対策したから絶対合格出来る自信がある。）

The exam date is approaching, so I've been focusing on solving past exam collections recently.
（試験日が近づいてきたので、最近は過去問を解くことに力を入れています。）

歪む を英語で教えて!

「歪む」は英語では be warped や be crooked などで表現することができます。

When I posted the image from my smartphone, it was displayed a little warped on my PC.
（画像をスマホから投稿したところPCでは少し歪んで表示されてしまう。）

The design proposal for the new product that you emailed me yesterday is a little crooked.
（昨日メールで送っていただいた、新商品のデザイン案なのですが、少し歪んでますね。）

「どのくらいのメモリが必要？」は英語では how much memory do you need? や how much computer storage do you need? などで表現することができます。

There is a lot of image processing, but how much memory do you need?
（画像処理も多いんだけど、どのくらいのメモリが必要かしら？）

How much computer storage do you need to download all this material?
（この資料全部ダウンロードするのにどのくらいのメモリが必要かな？）

「上から３番目の」は英語では the third from the top と表現することができます。

I think it's stored on the third rack from the top of the black shelf in the center of the second floor.
（2階中央の黒い棚の上から3段目に収納されていると思います。）

終活 を英語で教えて!

「終活」は英語では end of life planning と表現することができます。

I decided to have end of life planning because I didn't want to bother my family after I died.

（私は資産を多く持っているので、終活をして整理した方がいいと思っている。）
