「医療界」は英語では medical world や healthcare industry などで大筋を表現することができると思います。

（今回の取引先は医療界の有名人だ。）
※ celebrity（有名人、名士、など）

（彼は医療界に人脈がある。）

※ちなみに medical は med と略されて表現されることもあります。

日本式 を英語で教えて!

「日本式」は英語では Japanese fashion や Japanese style などで表現することができます。

It's Japanese fashion to take off your shoes at home.
（家では靴を脱ぐのが日本式だよ。）

This is a Japanese style, so I think there are differences from the authentic Italian food.
（これは日本式なので、本場のイタリア料理とは違いがあると思います。）
※ authentic（本場の、本物の、など）

※ちなみに style を使った言い回しで、out of style と言うと「流行遅れの」という意味を表せます。

「高水準」は英語では high level や high standard などで表現することができます。

Don’t worry. If you receive high level medical care, you will soon be cured.
（心配はいりません。高水準の医療を受ければすぐに治ります。）

Our service is of a high standard, so our fees are relatively high.
（私達のサービスは高水準なので、料金は比較的高いです。）
※ relatively（比較的、どちらかと言うと、など）

※ちなみに level は「レベル」「水準」という意味のイメージが強いかと思いますが、動詞として「狙う」という意味で使われることもあります。

「結婚観」は英語では view of marriage や perception of marriage などで表現することができます。
