利害の一致 を英語で教えて!

「利害の一致 」は英語では identity of interests や community of interests などで表現することができます。

It's identity of interests. We should cooperate with each other.
（利害の一致だね。私達はお互いに協力すべきだ。）

There can be no community of interests between us and them.
（私達と彼らの間で、利害の一致は有り得ない。）

※ちなみに、「利害が一致する」と言いたい時は share common interests と表現できます。

利己的 を英語で教えて!

「利己的 」は英語では selfish や egocentric などで表現することができます。

The client is too selfish so, it’s difficult to reach agreement.
（取引先はあまりにも利己的で話がまとまりません。）

He is not liked by his co-workers because he has basically an egocentric personality.
（彼は基本的に、利己的な性格なので、同僚から好かれていない。）

※ちなみに egocentric の方が selfish より、もっと利己的なニュアンスになると思います。

「利用方法」は英語では how to use や usage などで表現することができます。

Could you tell me how to use the parking lot?
（駐車場の利用方法を教えてください。）
※ parking lot（駐車場）

（作業を始める前に、基本的な利用方法を彼が説明いたします。）

※ちなみに usage は、「慣習」や「しきたり」といった意味で使われることもあります。

「理解に苦しむ」は英語では It is hard to understand. や It is difficult to understand. などで表現することができます。

This is a rudimentary mistake. It is hard to understand why this happened.
（これは初歩的なミスです。なぜこうなったのか理解に苦しみます。）
※ rudimentary mistake（初歩的なミス、基本的なミス、など）

Are you serious? It is difficult to understand.
（本気か？理解に苦しむよ。）

※ちなみに difficult の場合、hard より多少、固いニュアンスの表現になります。

「理想を追い求める」は英語では pursue one's ideals や chase one's dream などで表現することができます。

You have talent, so you should pursue your ideals.
（君は才能があるんだから、理想を追い求めるべきだよ。）

（理想を追い求めるのは、大変だけど楽しいよ。）

※ちなみに chase を使った表現で cut to the chase と言うと「本題に入る」という意味を表せます。
