「慮る」は英語では consider や take thought などで表現することができます。

（彼らの状況を慮ると、今回の依頼は頼みにくかった。）

※ちなみに thought は「アイデア」という意味でも使えます。

（空港の入国審査での）「旅行しにきました」は英語では It's sightseeing. や I'm here for sightseeing. などで表現することができます。

（旅行しにきました。何か問題がありますか？）

I'm here for sightseeing. Do you have a recommended place?
（旅行しにきました。オススメの場所はありますか？）

※ちなみに、「何をしに来たの？」という意味で What brought you? というイディオムがよく使われます。

旅行に行きます を英語で教えて!

「旅行に行きます」は英語では I will go on a trip. や I will go on a journey. などで表現することができます。

I will go on a trip with my family this weekend.
（今度の週末に家族と旅行に行きます。）

After finishing this project, I will quit my job and go on a journey for a while.
（このプロジェクトが終わったら、仕事を辞めて、しばらく旅行に行きます。）

※ちなみに journey の場合は、かなり長めの「旅行」「旅」というニュアンスになります。
